Removing FDCHP calculated parameters per #15933.
These calculated parameters did not agree with verification calculations, and were deemed erroneous and are being removed. Users may use the telemetered momenum flux variables or use Notebook/python/Matlab libraries provided in the ooi-data-explorations and ooi-data-examples github repositories.
