v1.0.2 Initial Release

Minor updates to the original ipify package, which has been abandoned for several years now and no longer works properly on Python 3.8+ as a result.

This replaces/corrects the incorrect dependencies, and adds support for the api64.ipify.org endpoint for optional IPv6 addresses
