Release checklist

Carry out the following checks on Windows, OSX and Linux:

1. Check displays > send to XXX
2. Open all example sketch folders
3. Open all the example project.json files
4. Create new project, add example sketches folder, add sketch, test all input link types
5. Repeat 3. but with controller plugged in, test controller (both abs and rel if possible)
6. Save a project and re-open

General tasks:

1. Create changelog
2. Check readme
3. Check docs
4. Fix Github security alerts
