Nothing major, but small improvements have been accumulating since the last release, so it's time for a new release!

Main changes:

• many small fixes to make the software more generic and less human-centric (it now works fine with Mus musculus WES and Papio anubis WGS data);
• filterBadCalls imposes a min number of reads (minAD filter) in addition to previous requirements;
• performance tweaks in mergeGVCFs;
• small docfixes and code cleanups.

This is the first release of grexome-TIMC-Primary: it has been stable and used in production in our lab for years, it was more than time for an official tagged release!
