A starter kit for typescript globe UI experimentors with deck.gl
The template is to help others start with deck.gl, angular and the globeview.
deck.gl is still in transition to typescript and lacks typing. 'skiplibcheck' is used in tsconfig for out-of-the-box startup. 'ng test' can be used to check typings, for those who want to contribute or follow progress
