Renamed files where the filename didn't match the contained class. This improves consistency.
Additionally, the file
Nop.Core.Domain.Gdpr.CustomerPermanentlyDeletedwas renamed without adding the Event suffix, as it is used in the PayPalCommerce and Avalara plugins, which would also need updates.
