Moves all ids into NoojeeClick namespace

No real changes in this release just move all ids into the noojeeClick namespace to keep mozilla happy and to avoid possible conflicts with other addons.

Fixed for missing Asterisk tab

Oops. Sorry my build environment had the asterisk and advance tabs turned off by default in 2.0.6.

2.0.7 fixed this problem and the tabs are once again visible.

What I also didn't realise at the time was that firefox 29 has removed the addon bar so you can no longer see the nj click configuration icon.

To get around this problem you need to install the addon 'The Addon bar (restored) version 3.2' or later.

This restores the orginal addon bar.
I will be investigating moving the icon to the toolbar and will have an update when I've worked out how this is going to work.
