Digital Allies Configuration

Overview

This document outlines the user interface for configuring a character within the AI Assistant platform. The character, named "Dorothy," can be customized with various settings and attributes.

Character Information Section

Name

  • Field: Name
  • Description: Enter the name of the character.

Tag Line

  • Field: Tag Line
  • Description: Provide a tag line for the character.

Wake Phrase(s)

  • Field: Wake Phrase(s)
  • Description: Set one or more wake phrases to activate the assistant.

Preferred Model

  • Field: Preferred Model
  • Description: Select the AI model for the character, default is "API 438 (GPT-3)."

Short Description

  • Field: Short Description
  • Description: A brief description of the character's attributes or backstory.

Voice

  • Field: Voice
  • Description: Choose a voice for the character.

Sort Order

  • Field: Sort Order
  • Description: Determines the order in which the character appears in lists. Default order is 0.

Conversation Settings Section

  • Function Calling Enabled: Toggle to enable or disable function calling.
  • Model Routing Enabled: Toggle to enable or disable model routing.
  • Pin Manually Selected Functions: Toggle to pin functions manually.
  • Pin Manually Selected Models: Toggle to pin models manually.
  • Auto submit microphone input: Automatically submit input captured from the microphone.
  • Use TTS to vocalize model response: Use text-to-speech for the model's responses.
  • Switch allies on wake word detection: Change allies when their wake word is detected.

Generation Settings Section

  • Top K: Adjust the top K parameter (default is 50).
  • Top P: Adjust the top P parameter (default is 0.9).
  • Min P: Adjust the minimum P parameter (default is 0.05).
  • Temperature: Adjust the temperature setting (default is 1).
  • Mirostat: Turn the mirostat setting on or off (default is off).
  • Seed: Set the seed for generation. Default is -1 (random).

Character and Location Images Section

  • Character Image: Select or upload images representing the character.
  • Location Image: Select or upload images representing the character's location.

Conversation Tone Section

  • Description: Define the tone of the conversation by providing example user/assistant pairs.

Character Card Section

  • Description: A brief card describing the character Dorothy, mentioning her attributes such as an indomitable spirit, kindness, and a backstory involving a journey to Kansas.

Actions

  • Save: Save the current configuration.
  • Cancel: Discard changes and exit the configuration screen.
  • Delete: Remove the character from the system.
