This update also has progress on
* local mesh refinement around turbines,
* distribution of body forces can be any generic shape, by defining customized epsilon parameter along the blades (see the utilities/Matlab scripts to define an elliptical wing
shape),
* add background turbulence, and compare Turbulent Length Scale with Mesh Resolution
* VisIt can be run in an interactive session and automatically load in most recent SOWFA output files
* upload an example Output dataset (larger files, but can use this to test Matlab and Visit scripts)
* added some airfoil data for the NACA 4415 at different Reynolds numbers (digitized from Miley 1982)
