Integrate a real spectrum analyzer for waveform BGM

This would replace the MIDI-based fake spectrum analysis in the Music Room, therefore making it work for BGM packs that don't come with MIDI files.

This will involve a separate library to do the required Fourier transforms, which would also be functionally close to pitch-preserving tempo changing in the Music Room, as suggested by Tasos500.
