HiBeacons 1.0

This release includes the following changes and additions:

• Written in Swift 3.0;
• Supports iOS 10 and watchOS 3;
• The watch app works as proper remote, so there is less change for inconsistencies between the state of the iOS app and the watch extension;
• The watch app tint color matches more closely to the tint color in the iOS app;
• Lots of refactorings and cleaner code;
• Some fixes.
