This repository holds code for the 2024 diagnostics south east endoscopy survey
_Note: No data is held in this repository. All data files are stored locally.
- The quarto markdown file is used as the main output (HTML)
- Each section of the analysis is as a separate R script, which is called by the markdown script

To get a local copy up and running follow these simple steps.
To clone the repo:
Clone via the 'Code' button above
For use within NHS England. Only applicable to the endoscopy survey output.
