Add a prebuilt rebar and change the Makefile accordingly
Somehow one test file got lost in Benoit's work. This commits add those tests back again.

I've looked through all forks what changes happened on Etap so far. Most of them where about adding rebar support and fixing the tests. This pull request is basically a general update to Etap.
