How to setup
1. brew install node
2. npm install connect serve-static faye
3. cd ~/work
4. git clone https://github.com/YUKAI/konashi-js-sdk
5. git clone https://github.com/madrobby/zepto
5. curl http://zeptojs.com/zepto.min.js -o zepto.min.js
6. cd ddp/doc_root/lib
7. ln -s ../../../zepto.min.js .
8. ln -s ../../../konashi-js-sdk/build/konashi-bridge.min.js
