Hey Chris, finally getting to this-- would you like a review of these changes now or will you touch base with Adam first to check for overlaps with his proposed changes?

Changes mostly affect the nf-core content, which I don't think has been touched by Adams changes. Some line numbers were added in the Hello series but I don't see it being a big problem if there are any conflicts as the changes here are minimal.
