[Bug]: Notification popup overlaps the app logo in the `webUI` in Nextcloud `stable34` and `stable35`

• I'm using a maintained major version of Nextcloud Server and tested against the latest patch level. (Supported major versions and current patch levels).

• I've tried my best to provide clear reproduction steps that someone unfamiliar with this bug could use to reproduce it.

Bug description

The notification popup overlaps the Nextcloud app logo in the top-left corner of the page. The popup should instead appear in the top-right corner without overlapping the application header/logo.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Personal Settings -> Notifications.
2. Enable any notification checkbox, for example “A file or folder has been changed”.
3. Observe the notification popup that appears.

Actual behavior

The notification popup appears in the top-left corner and overlaps the Nextcloud logo/header.

Expected behavior

The notification popup should appear in the top-right corner of the application and should not overlap the app logo or other header elements.

Affected versions:

• Nextcloud stable35
• Nextcloud stable34

Tested versions:

• nextcloud:35-apache (bug not reproducible)
• stable33 (bug not reproducible)
