Documentation

Update build instructions in README.md
Edited README.md for conciseness

Linting

Ran cargo fmt --all to format code
Ran cargo clippy --fix to correct code based on style guidelines

Other changes

Enabled pushing latest tag for Docker Images
Renamed Dockerfile.build -> Dockerfile.builder to avoid confusion with Visual Studio .build extension
Added openssl with "vendored" feature to enable building of openssl from source and static linking of openssl
