Update as well as add Dell HW device templates:

PowerEdge-FC430.yaml
PowerEdge-R430.yaml
PowerEdge-R740.yaml
PowerEdge-FX2s.yaml
PowerEdge-R740xd.yaml

Specifying minimal info:

  1. slug generated using django slugify function
  2. default obm interface (as it is expected to always exist in hw)
  3. u height, parent/child (chassi/blade), airflow
