Added macros to support modern autoconf/automake versions, and support running autoreconf. Removed unused (and outdated) c-attribute.m4 macro, and fixed support for I2util compiled in a subdirectory. Also fixed typo in an JAnalyze_JAVA variable reference.
get -lI2util without the appropriate LDFLAGS setting.
