New version

A number of fixes including:
- All DAX reformatted thanks to DAX Formatter by SQL BI - https://www.daxformatter.com/
- Date tables now identified
- Measures grouped into 'Measures' folder per table so easier to find
- Stale days bug fix for dark mode page (colour scale was broken previously)
- Font size updated to be consistent on Dashboard and Cycle Time pages (font size 8)
- Measures and column not in use deleted
- Tooltip for normal mode for 'Responsiveness (Cycle Time)' chart updated to be white background
