Adds most of the basic NIP-47 methods (
get_info,make_invoice,pay_invoice,lookup_invoice,list_transactions,get_balance).Some are missing (
get_budget,pay_keysend,multi_*methods). Subscribing to notifications is not supported yet.Only NIP-44 encryption is supported.
