feat(ngx-flicking): upgrade to Angular 17 and enable signal inputs

These changes introduce the Angular 17 upgrade, along with its new features as signal inputs. The inclusion of signal inputs and dependence on computed properties enables users to operate in zoneless mode, a functionality available since Angular 17.1.0.
