Unreported recording error

On 11/09/2023, astrobee hardware recording was started various times, but no recording was actually created. The node seemed to respond to start/stop commands, and the GDS helper reported the status or recording/not recording as expected. After a FSW restart, recording behaved as expected, including recording various bags with start/stop. ROS logs end at the point of starting the recording, indicating a failure on the ROS side of things. However, this indicates that the Astrobee FSW does not detect recording failure that happens this way.

We're not sure what happened and haven't been able to reproduce this. Marina will double check if there is any better error checking we can do and then close this.
