First version of the database.
Note: Testing is still needed.

Most of the planned features have been already implemented:

• Identification of US utility patents developed by inventors located in metropolitan areas
• Use of a time-invariant MSA classification
• Link to the forward citations of these patents
• Information about the application and granting date, the number of claims, and the main USPC class of each patent

Others will be added soon:

• Mean number of claims and forward citations received by patents of the same granting year and technological field
