security: implement LNbits update to 0.12.x

Is your content request related to a problem? Please describe.
LNbits versions below above don't support authentication and their use in the wild is reckless.
Notice 0.12.0 has docker issue with --port and is fixed at
lnbits/lnbits#2255
So I'd guess first version to consider is/would be LNbits 0.12.1

Describe the solution you'd like
Update LNbits version on MyNode.
Also:
A) Take care of configuration of , or username retrival of super admin user account onto Mynode UI. And provide web URL to admin.
B) Add instructions to UI / LNbits configuration how admin should enable/disble automatic user provision.
C) enable in UI setting the user authentication method(s) chaning

A) MyNode could show superuser "usr" on settings page? Or operator creates LNbits admin by her-/himself on LNbits first_install UI. New superuser creation could be initiated via MyNode's UI made delete-settings. But there's and issue still: lnbits/lnbits#2274

B) can be set by using lnbits.env file and AdminUI operators can re-enable setting from admin UI

C) can be set by using lnbits.env file and Admin UI has configurations also for this
