Add pacman repo to /etc/pacman.conf.

Arguments:

<repo-name>- Name of the repository. -
<shell>- Shell to use. Optional. Default value isbash. -
<keys>- Repository keys to import. Optional. Empty by default. -
<key-server>- Key server to import keys from. Optional. Empty by default. Ifkeysparameter is not specified, thenkey-serverrepresents direct URL to the key. -
<packages-to-install>- space separated list of packages to install after adding the repo. Optional. Empty by default.
