Most Mutalyzer functionality is available trough a SOAP web service. A WSDL description is available for easy generation of client programs in many languages.
Mutalyzer's web services provide programmatic access to different parts of Mutalyzer's functionality. These are being used by LOVD to convert coding DNA positions to chromosomal positions for mapping and display purposes.
