This was removed when the header was updated. This is needed because the existing code in this plug-in checks for this.

This updates the SSE2NEON header to one found at https://github.com/DLTcollab/sse2neon/tree/70935abe23918733acde4ba1147688854c5e0cd1, which seems to be better maintained than @jratcliff63367's old repo.
