Small improvements on the board after the production of the first batch.

It has not been produced yet, hence the RC1 tag

First Release

It's not perfect, but it's something. First manufactured version of the board.

⚠️NOTE: The Schematic is incorrect in saying that the decade counter is a Nexperia HEF4017BT. I used that to prototype because it was easier to solder, but used a more compact 16-TSSOP, TI's CD4017BPWR. I decided to use the Nexperia in v2.0,0, though. I fixed the BOM in the release's zip, but not the files in Git
