Symbols have skin and hair customisation

The symbols now contain classes allowing customisation with CSS

Add samples and categories to website

Thanks to @gavinhenderson for the website improvements making it easier to see the symbols without downloading them.

There are no changes to the symbols but they are attached unchanged.

Updated categories.pdf

Thanks to a contribution from @Austin94 the categories PDF can now be programatically kept up to date.

This release simply updates the pdf and adds it to the zip.

Add new symbols

• Added the symbols @shayc converted from raster files. Huge thanks!

The new symbols are mostly verbs and can be found at the end of the symbol-info.csv file starting at ID 3121.

Note: the categories still need to be added to symbol-info.csv see #8

• Removed the .zip from source files as is built
