Manage Immunizations

Prerequisites

  • Ensure you have access to the mSupply Central Server.
  • User must have the Can modify central data permission.

Configuration

  • Under Settings, choose Configuration. Note that you'll only see this list on oms Central Server
  • In order to add the GAPS configuration changes, simply click the Initialise button
  • Once configured, the Initialise button will become disabled
  • An Edit button will also appear in the footer, where you can edit the store properties for the store you are currently logged into
  • Clicking that Edit button will open a new window, where you can view and edit your store properties

Facilities

1. Navigate to Facilities Section

  • Choose Manage > Facilities from the navigation panel.
    • A list of stores in your system should be displayed.

2. Search for a Facility

  • In the search bar, type some or all of a store name or store code.
    • The list should filter to display all matching facilities.

3. Edit a Facility's Properties

  • Click on a facility from the list.
    • The Edit Facility window should open.
  • Make changes to the store properties.
  • Click OK to save the changes and close the window.
    • The changes should be saved.

4. Edit Own Store Properties

  • Click the Edit button in the app footer, next to your store name.
    • The Edit Facility window should open.
  • Make changes to the store properties.
  • Click OK to save the changes and close the window.
    • The changes should be saved.

Demographics

1. Navigate to Demographics Section

  • Choose Manage > Demographics from the navigation panel.
    • A list of Demographic Indicators should be displayed.

2. View and Edit Yearly Growth Percentage

  • Click on a demographic from the list.
    • The detail view of the demographic should be displayed.
  • Enter the predicted population growth percentage for each year.
  • Click Save.
    • The population projections should update based on the entered growth percentages.

3. Enter General Population

  • In the Demographics section, enter the current general population.
    • All calculations should be based on the entered general population.

4. Add a New Demographic Indicator

  • Click the Add New Indicator button in the top right corner.
  • Enter a name for the new demographic indicator and the percentage of the population included.
  • Click Save.
    • The new demographic indicator should be added to the list.
