Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe 👀

Extra columns in requisition currently show in program requisitions for all program requisitions but these are currently only required by CDI.

These will be hidden with global preferences in 2.5. But would need a temporary solution to hide it for all other users.

Describe the solution you'd like 🎁

Use OG's Show extra fields on requisitions store preference to hide these extra columns for now.

Describe alternatives you've considered 💭

Just leave them 🤷🏻
