Describe the bug
When the app is restarted it doesn't

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

turn on debug logging
restart app
see debug logging is turned off

Expected behavior
Debug logging should stay enabled

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: [e.g. iPhone6]
OS: [e.g. iOS8.1]
Browser [e.g. stock browser, safari]
Version [e.g. 22]
