Adds an optional proxy parameter to TezartClient, RpcInterface, etc., that allows requests to be proxied through a SOCKS5 proxy like Tor. For existing users, nothing is changed.

tezartover Tor using the embeddable Tor proxy we helped make, https://github.com/Foundation-Devices/torThank you for your library! I hope this helps someone else use Tezos more privately.
