Adds Brewale, a hosted MCP server for team skills and conventions, to the Servers table in docs/implementations.md.

Motivation and Context

Brewale implements the Skills extension (io.modelcontextprotocol/skills) on its hosted MCP server. Listing it gives host and SDK implementers another v1 server to test against.

  • Serves org, project and personal skills via skills/list, skills/get and resources/read, with complete sha256 manifests (binary files included) and resources/directory/read.
  • Access is resolved per user: personal skills reach only their owner, project skills follow the connection's project scope.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • Conformance suite (@modelcontextprotocol/conformance@alpha, --spec-version 2025-11-25): sep-2640-skills-enumeration 30/30, sep-2640-skills-manifest 6/6, sep-2640-skills-directory 7/7. The 2 skipped checks apply to 2026-07-28 only.
  • MCP Inspector CLI: --method skills/list --verify --require-digests reports no conformance errors, including a binary file's digest.

Happy to provide a test org and token so maintainers can run the conformance suite against the hosted server.
