v20161029-FC96: FormCalc 9.6 compatibility

This minor update is compatible to FormCalc 9.6 (and later version), where SquaredME returns a list of {squared, rules}, instead of squared matrix element itself.

No changes in physics are made.

Those who use FormCalc 9.5 or before should use the previous version.
