这个我每个页面都需要用到，每个页面都写那么多重复的css和html没必要吧

这个我搜了一下...我人晕了，我不可能为了个组件去学习一手php

不一定是 php 你后端使用什么就使用相关的后端模板引擎就行，本质都是 html 字符串拼接。
另外相对于学习成本，审核成本会更高
