• Added translated sentence about the five context repositories limit to the "Context repositories" section
• Added new "Manage workflows" section with instructions for editing/deleting workflows and manually triggering cron-based workflows

Overview
Adds localized documentation in es/agent/workflows.mdx, fr/agent/workflows.mdx, and zh/agent/workflows.mdx for two workflow features: the limit of five context repositories per workflow and a new “Manage workflows” section.

The new section explains where to edit/delete workflows (dashboard vs repo file) and how to manually trigger cron-based workflows from the dashboard (including that manual runs count toward the daily run limit).
