Summary

  • Added documentation for the new feedback type filter in the analytics dashboard, which lets users filter between contextual feedback and thumbs-only votes.

What shipped

The feedback analytics dashboard now supports filtering by feedback type (contextual or thumbs), in addition to the existing status filter. This helps users focus on specific kinds of feedback when reviewing their documentation analytics.

Note

Low Risk
Low risk because this PR only updates documentation text/structure and does not change product code or data handling.

Overview
Documents the Feedback analytics dashboard’s updated filtering UX by clarifying the status filter lives under the Filters menu and adding a new filter by type section for switching between Ratings by page, Detailed feedback, and Code snippets.

Also tweaks copy in the feedback status best-practices descriptions and reorganizes the feedback-type list ordering.
