Attempt to solve these issues #829 #1243
Implemented encryption/decryption of sensitive payload which is the hard part about using the HTTP Admin API. I also implemented basic user management methods. I also refactored code a little to make implementing other commands easier.
Note
Some old commits were added, I have no idea why, only last 4 are relevant
