this adds a new module gettext-lib-all to the project. it will create an fat jar that contains shaded dependencies.

  • i have updated the gradle version. this requires some changes in the configuration as the old gradle publishing method is deprecated. i tested the publish funtionality with a local nexus.
  • There is an additional module gettext-lib-all-example that acts as an acceptance test for the lib
