Add a new setting to disable 'Go Back' and 'Go Forward' gestures on trackpads. Also update the settings UI and translations to support this feature. Fix for Issues: minbrowser#2639, minbrowser#1138

Add a new setting to disable 'Go Back' and 'Go Forward' gestures on trackpads. Also update the settings UI and translations to support this feature.
I use a laptop with trackpad, and when zoomed in on a page and scrolling around, I sometimes accidentally go back to previous page, or similar, which can be annoying; hence, this option to disable that behavior.
