Description
Enables libraries to use their app's M.RN nuget package
This approach is currently used by react-native-xaml, the idea is to make this logic available to other libs created with the CLI.
This worked with Imports/packages.config, we need to validate that it works with PackageReference too (@JunielKatarn fyi)
