* Bump healthcare shared package version to 175

* bump needed dependency

* use package version 174

* bump azure identity minor version

* bump sdk to 403

* bump dotnet/aspnet to 8.0.10-cbl-mariner2.0

* update aspnet to 33

* try with rollforward

* update aspnet package version 6.0.35

* bump to 427

* revert
