Improves #6

Updated the vsts-api-patcher to flag more fields as required. This removes the Option wrappers from the generated structs, making the values easier to use.
- The changes are mainly focussed on the build structs. I'll look at other areas when I use them or if requested (it is quite a slow process to make and test the changes).
