Welcome to Unicode!

There is a problem of mixing char and tchar in this project.

So I spent some time migrating it to Unicode.

TODO:

Provide a option for specifying the encoding of output file (UTF-8, UTF-16 LE, UTF-16 BE, and Legacy ACP?)
