When user's workflows fail it would be helpful to display Cromwell output files to help understand where the error occurred

Create a file with the Cromwell stderr and stdout

One alternative is to create an API that creates a json with stderr and stdout

We have written code in a different repo that is symlinked to /expanse/projects/nmdc/edge_app/nmdc-edge/data/scripts/task_error_log.py. To run it use: <path-to-conda-env>/python3 <project-root>/data/scripts/task_error_log.py <path-to-projects-directory>/<project_code> <project_code>
