Image Accessibility Extension

This is an extension to work on Chromium Browsers (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge) that checks webpages for images without alt attributes and replaces them with alt attributes. The extension queries a REST Endpoint that return JSON payload with a description of the contents of the image.
