[WIP] Adding a complete Docker setup

I wanted to try to run the whole project, and doing it using Docker, so here's my contribution on that topic 😉

DONE / Setup ✅

• Dockerfile used to build the services (passenger, booking, flight, identity)
• Docker Compose files for the services
• External docker network, used by both compose.yaml files
• New .env file, replacing localhost by containers hostnames

TODO / Improvements 🚧

• Replace localhost references in

  booking-microservices-nestjs/src/booking/src/booking/http-client/services/passenger/passenger-client.ts

• Script to initialize PostgreSQL databases (@see https://gist.github.com/onjin/2dd3cc52ef79069de1faa2dfd456c945 and comments inside compose.infrastructure.yaml)
• Add volumes to compose.services.yaml to be able to do live modifications ? (can then face issues with node_modules synchronization between host (files on disk, mounted by the volume mapping) and container (newly generated files, built via docker))

An implementation of Kubernetes for the services would be a great improvement

Please, if it possible for docker compose just create PR specific to this topic and for other topic please create separated PR.
