Saner logging

This release moves the logging of individual events to the debug level, and adds an option to set the log level.

This is the initial release for kubernetes-splunk-audit-webhook.

The webhook can be started as plain http or https server; it will accept audit events and forward them to a splunk HEC endpoint with the token specified when starting the webhook.
